5 Minute Microwave Hot Fudge

5 minutes - serves 2

75 grams Amul Dark Chocolate (half of a large bar, or 75 grams of semi sweet chocolate chips)

1/2 a cup heavy whipping cream (I used Amul cream)

2 tbs sugar (this must be caster sugar or sugar for baking)

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tbs butter

sprinkle of salt

  1. Chop the chocolate bar and put in a microwave safe bowl/mug with the cream and sugar. Microwave for 30 second increments, stirring between each increment, until smooth and all is melted.

  2. Once melted, stir in the vanilla, butter, and salt.

  3. Serve over your favorite ice cream!
