3 Ingredient Protein Banana Pancakes

3 ripe bananas

3 eggs

3 TBS ground flax seed

  1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat.

  2. To a bowl, peel and mash the bananas. Crack the eggs and add the flax seed into the bowl of bananas and stir thoroughly.

  3. Add a little ghee/butter/your preferred oil to the heated skillet, and cook the mixture like pancakes.

  4. Serve warm with syrup, peanut butter, or sprinkles!

Optional: add your favorite berries or chocolate chips to the mixture before cooking!
